Pitsi Mnisi
Pitsi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Master of Business Administration (Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh Business School, UK)).
She is a founder and Managing Director of Lynshpin Cedar, a consulting & corporate finance advisory company. She is also a co – founder of MCorp Investments an investment holding company.
Prior to this, Pitsi was as at De Beers and she was part of a team that successfully completed the pre-feasibility and feasibility study of Venetia Underground Project and the approved capital investment was US$2bn. The scope of the project was to extend the life of mine (LOM) from open pit to underground (Shaft sinking). She was also one of the young leaders within the Anglo American Plc Group of companies selected to participate in “Leaders in Anglo” programme delivered by IESE Business School in May (Barcelona, Spain) and September (Sao Paolo, Brazil) in 2013.
In addition, she was elected by AWCA to participate in the inaugural Emerging Markets and Country Risks Analysis course at Fordham University in the United States of America in 2013. She has also worked at Deloitte & Touché as a senior tax consultant and was seconded to the UK as an assistant manager in the audit department. She has also served on a numbers of Boards over the last 10 years and Chaired a number of Finance and Audit Committees.
