Lauren Gamsu is the Founder and Managing Director of Black Sheep Design, a turnkey office fit-out and building refurbishment company. After completing her Masters in Architecture at UCT, Lauren worked in London and Dublin before returning to Johannesburg where she founded Black Sheep Design in 2011. Clients include Investec, Growthpoint and Arrowhead Properties together with international clients such as PKF, Hertz and Pernod Ricard.

 

Lauren is passionate about sparking change in the property and construction industry by empowering more women to shine in this traditionally male-dominated space. A key differentiator of Black Sheep's offering is a close-knit culture of talented women. She is a member and past board member of The Entrepreneur’s Organization and a recipient of the EY Winning Women Award for 2018.
